Updating Your Personal, Education and Training (PET) Account Information
Remember that this is your personal account! To make sure your account information is up to date and in order for the system to properly communicate with you, you should review your account information (located under My Profile) every time you access your personal campus account.
Stopping and Continuing
This system remembers all your responses as you go through a test group. This allows you to sign out at any time and return at any time to complete the test group. After starting a test group you have twenty one (21) days to complete it. If you fail to complete a test group within the twenty one (21) days timeframe the system will clear all answers from the test group and you will need to start the test group over again.
Once you successfully complete your Test Group, you can print your certificates of course completion, from 'My Activities' link. You will be able to access it and retrieve it at any time. If you do not successfully complete the test, you may go back and review the training and retake the exam.
Signing Out
If you need to stop and walk away from your computer: In order to protect your personal account, you must sign out and close all browsers on your computer. If you don't the system will lock you out and you will not be able to continue or log back into the system unless you close all of your browsers and or in some cases, when going through a network, you may need to re-boot your computer.
